Our return policy strictly prohibits returns after 7 days from delivery due to the unpredictability of crypto mining, electricity misunderstandings, customer wiring errors, and misuse of machines. All our miners are equipped with a warranty seal sticker, and any tampering with this seal voids all warranties, returns, and refunds. Additionally, environmental factors contributing to machine failure are not covered under our warranty.
